Ed is a licensed CPA  with 27 years experience specializing in DCAA, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Ed is an expert in US  government contracts covering  federal,state and municipal agencies. Eds accounting practice focuses on the specialized fields of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audits, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and government contracting. He is a former DCAA Auditor and has worked as Financial Consultant, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Contracts Manager.Mr. Moore has previously worked for Peat Marwick (a.k.a. KPMG and Bearing Point) as a consultant and later Manager in their Government Contractor Consulting Practice.
